We collect the information you provide when creating an account: your email address, first name, and age. We also collect the content of your conversations with Solavie, including health-related information you choose to share.
We do not collect payment information — payments are processed by Gumroad, which has its own privacy policy.
We use your data solely to provide and improve the Solavie service. Your conversation history is used to personalise Solavie's responses and to provide continuity between sessions. We do not use your health information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
You may choose to share sensitive health information with Solavie. This information is stored securely and used only to provide you with personalised health guidance. We treat all health-related information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI model. Anthropic processes your messages to generate responses but does not use your conversations to train their models. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request that we restrict processing of your data or provide you with a copy of your data in a portable format.

We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
We use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking services.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Solavie after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
